Developed originally by the Caring Universities Consortium at Vrije University led by world-renown expert, Pim Cuijpers, MoodLift has been selected by the Menssano team as our first curated intervention.
MoodLift is a comprehensive suite of proven interactive digital interventions for a wide variety of the most common mental health issues affecting college students. It contains 12 programs with 93 modules.
How it works
Starts with an Intake survey and Single Session Intervention (SSI)
Identifies students who need more intensive support
Directs the student to the best digital intervention

Programs are app-based
Contain text, images, info graphics, memes, GIFs, audio, and video
Weekly sessions last ~30 minutes, and programs last 1-7 weeks, with most lasting 4-5 weeks

Monitors progress through the program, building engagement
Weekly text-based check-in
Time commitment for guide averages 10 minutes per week per active user
