What Students Say

I gained insight into my stress, including what my stress response is, what my stressors are, and what gives me energy.

The exercises made me more capable of building a repertoire to deal with future problems, and I have confidence I will be able to do so.

I learnt about different coping strategies and it showed me that we can always have control to a certain extent, even though a situation might feel overwhelming.
